ROLE:
HR Assistant to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department
This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects
Maintaining Training Records, employee Service records
Assist and Maintain

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Drafting offer letter according to job Competancies and job discription
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
Coordinate current hire onboarding and offboarding processes
Support payroll preparation by collecting necessary data
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Assist in the preparation of HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, Attrition Rate, Onboard completion Training Completion, absenteeism rate, Retention Rate)
Proofreading HR documents and reports
Awareness of local labor laws and regulations




Familiarity with workplace compliance standards
Providing support to employees with HR-related queries

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin; experience in Chemical/Textile/Manufacturing industry preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, Labour Laws, Factory Act & Rules, Minimum Wages, Gratuity and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with HRIS/HR management systems and MS Excel.
Positive communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential employee information.

Pay: ₹10,861.64 - ₹30,154.72 per month
