ACCOUNTANT

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Engineering / HVAC

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
Prepare final accounts and coordinate with the Auditor for timely completion of the audit.
Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Handle GST compliance and return filing.
Manage TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.
Handle PF and ESI compliance and return filing.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on time.
Review accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS as required.
Maintain proper accounting records and entries in Farvision software.




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Farvision software will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Education

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
