We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our Real Estate team and support our expansion across key markets.

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Locations: Noida | Mumbai | Kolkata

Key responsibilities:

Property sourcing and market mapping

Identifying and evaluating suitable locations

Commercial lease negotiations with landlords and brokers

Managing property pipelines and closures

Handling landlord relationships, renewals and lease exits

Ensuring timely property handover for store launches

What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of experience in real estate, property acquisition or expansion

Solid commercial leasing and negotiation experience

Experience in Quick Commerce, Retail, Logistics or E-commerce preferred

Solid broker and landlord network

Ability to independently close deals

Willingness to travel across assigned geographies

Experience in dark store / warehouse leasing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
