Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
Mentor and support junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
2+ years of accounting experience in health care related industries.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Robust communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
