Monitor accounting records of recent vehicle inventory received from the manufacturer.

Reconcile vehicle stock with manufacturer statements, DMS records, and books of accounts.

Verify vehicle purchase invoices, stock transfers, sales invoices, and related accounting entries.

Monitor vehicle stock ageing and highlight long-pending inventory to management.

Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, stock entries, sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes related to inventory.

Ensure proper accounting classification of inventory and related expenses.

Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper authorization for stock adjustments.

Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, and abnormal adjustments.

Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock, DMS/ERP records, and accounting books

Plan and coordinate periodic physical stock verification.

Verify physical stock against DMS/ERP and accounting records.

Prepare regular inventory ageing reports.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
