Job Overview:

Universal Elder Care is looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee day-to-day operations and support the smooth functioning of healthcare and elder care services. The role involves team management, operational planning, staff coordination and maintaining service quality across daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and care services
Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage and coordinate nursing, caregiving, administrative and support teams
Allocate responsibilities and coordinate staff schedules based on operational requirements
Monitor staff performance and provide necessary operational guidance
Coordinate with different departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues
Monitor service quality and ensure established operational procedures are followed
Handle routine operational concerns raised by patients, residents, families or staff




Coordinate facility requirements, resources and supplies with the concerned teams
Maintain and review operational reports and records
Support staff training, onboarding and process implementation
Identify operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions
Report important operational matters to management
Support the implementation of policies and procedures for efficient service delivery

Requirements:
Experience in home healthcare, elder care, hospital or related healthcare operations
Solid leadership and team management skills
Positive understanding of day-to-day healthcare operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Positive knowledge of documentation and operational reporting
Professional and responsible approach to work
