Receive raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods and verify quantity, batch, condition and supporting documents.

Prepare and maintain GRN, inward, transfer, issue, return, dispatch and other warehouse documentation.

Ensure correct bin/location allocation, labeling, batch identification and systematic storage of materials.

Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain proper batch-wise stock rotation, especially for expiry-sensitive FMCG products.

Maintain accurate physical and system inventory and investigate stock variances.

Issue raw materials and packaging materials to Production against approved requisitions.

Maintain finished goods stock and ensure correct picking against dispatch orders.

Coordinate vehicle loading, unloading and dispatch documentation to achieve timely and accurate dispatch.

Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, rejected and blocked stock and report exceptions promptly.





Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification as per company schedule.

Update ERP/system transactions accurately and on time for all warehouse movements.

Ensure proper stacking, palletization, aisle clearance, warehouse hygiene and 5S practices.

Prevent material/product damage, pilferage, contamination and unnecessary handling losses.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA/QC, Sales, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth material flow.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse MIS reports and submit them within timelines.

Follow SOPs, GMP/food-safety requirements applicable to the warehouse, PPE requirements and fire/safety procedures.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
