Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's corporate tax compliance, planning, and provision processes. This role requires a strong technical background in tax law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex tax issues while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record of optimizing tax strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review the preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740) process, including deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, and financial statement disclosures.
Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis on complex tax issues, providing transparent and concise recommendations to management.




Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize the company's tax position, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Manage and support tax audits and inquiries from various tax authorities, preparing necessary documentation and responses.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, legal, treasury) to gather necessary financial data and ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.
Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company and recommending proactive adjustments.
Review and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring proper accounting for income taxes.
Mentor and develop junior tax staff, fostering a cooperative and high-performing team setting.
Assist in the development and implementation of tax technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy of tax processes.
Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses to senior management.
