Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Growth Head – Marketing to lead marketing strategies and drive business growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Generate quality leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and other channels.
Develop strategies to increase student enquiries, conversions, and admissions.
Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams for effective lead conversion.
Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.
Plan college visits, seminars, workshops, career events, and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain the organization's brand presence across digital platforms.
Coordinate with content, graphic design,



and social media teams for marketing campaigns.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify recent opportunities.
Prepare monthly marketing and growth reports for management.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Develop strategies for branch-wise and course-wise growth.
Build partnerships and promotional opportunities with colleges and institutions.
Track market trends and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Take ownership of overall marketing performance and business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
Experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Experience in the education/training industry is an advantage.
