Job Summary

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility. The candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, housekeeping, security, and internal teams to ensure effective facility services and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
Monitor MEP, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
Coordinate with technicians and vendors for maintenance and breakdown activities.
Attend to client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily operational reports, checklists, and maintenance records.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and shift schedules.
Follow up on work orders, complaints, and pending maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and facility standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for site requirements.
Monitor consumables, tools, equipment, and inventory.
Support inspections, audits,



emergency response, and statutory compliance activities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly facility reports to management.
Ensure vendor performance and service quality are maintained.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of facility management and MEP operations.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate with different teams.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in facility management, commercial buildings, corporate offices, malls, hospitals, data centers, or similar facilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
