Candidate Profile

B.Tech – Chemical Engineering
Robust experience in Paint Shop / Powder Coating Industry
Hands-on knowledge of powder coating processes, paint shop operations & production
Experience in team handling and manpower management
Ability to monitor quality, productivity & production targets
Valuable knowledge of process control, troubleshooting & safety standards

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day powder coating / paint shop operations
Ensure production, quality and productivity targets are achieved
Handle manpower and coordinate with other departments
Monitor coating quality and process parameters
Identify and resolve process-related issues
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
