Volt Solar Australia is one of Australia's fastest-growing solar and energy companies. We work closely with government rebate programs to help Australian homeowners go all-electric, from solar panels and batteries to hot water systems. We're expanding team in Gurugram, India that works hand-in-hand with our Australian operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for Australian homeowners. You'll handle queries and resolve issues related to solar panels, batteries, and hot water systems. You'll coordinate with technicians and plumbers to ensure timely service, and make sure every interaction is logged and every customer is happy.

What You'll Do
Answer customer calls and emails, resolving issues related to solar panels, batteries, and hot water systems
Coordinate with onshore technicians and plumbers to schedule repairs, follow-ups, and installations
Log all customer interactions, job updates, and notes accurately in HubSpot CRM
Follow up with customers to collect reviews and feedback after service completion
Work closely with the onshore (Australia) and offshore (India) teams to ensure smooth operations




Escalate complex issues to the right team and follow through until resolved

What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication — both spoken and written (non-negotiable)
Willingness to learn technical basics about solar systems, batteries, and hot water systems
Comfortable working in a CRM tool (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Detail-oriented; you don't let things slip through the cracks
Team player who can work across time zones with the Australian and Indian teams
Customer-first mindset - your goal is to make sure every homeowner has a great experience
Must be based in Gurgaon or South Delhi
