About the Role
Scalemate Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and generate revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
Explore new markets and prospects for business growth.
Sales Targets
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Meet individual client acquisition and business-generation targets.
Generate recent leads and convert qualified prospects.
Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.
Drive revenue growth through new and existing clients.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales/business development.
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent client relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
Ability to work independently and manage sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
