Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, qualified service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend drinks and explain cocktail, wine, beer, and beverage options to guests.
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, and other beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, glassware, and workstations.
Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies.
Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about low-stock or damaged items.
Handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately when required.
Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and verify guest age when necessary.




Maintain proper hygiene and food-safety standards.
Minimize wastage and follow proper portion-control procedures.
Assist with bar setup before service and closing duties after service.
Coordinate with the kitchen, F&B; team, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
