Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT/software industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through various channels.
Research potential clients and target markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
Handle lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.




Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in IT/Software Sales or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Candidates who can work onsite from our Mohali office are required.
