Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing.
Robust understanding of the US IT Staffing industry.
Hands-on experience with bench marketing and consultant placement.
Good knowledge of US work authorization such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT/CPT and TN.
Experience working with C2C, W2, 1099 and subcontracting models.
Solid vendor management and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and Boolean search.
Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and US business hours.
