About the Role

We are hiring a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor. Your main work will be talking to scholars, answering their questions about the higher education and guiding them through the admission process.

Note: This is not a target-based job. Your focus will be on giving honest guidance and helping students.

What You Will Do
Call and speak with interested candidates to explain our courses and career options.
Answer questions via phone.
Follow up with prospective students to help them complete their enrollment.
Be a warm, supportive, and helpful face for Grow Education.

Who Can Apply?
Education:



Minimum 12th pass (graduates are also welcome!).
Skills: Highly motivated, confident, and a outstanding communicator who enjoys talking to people.
Experience: Experience in counselling or tele-calling is a plus, but freshers with good speaking skills and high confidence are welcome to apply!
