Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Billing: Prepare and issue Lorry Receipts (LR / Bilty) accurately with correct freight terms, consigner/consignee details, and vehicle numbers.
Update dispatches, transit status, and billing entries in the transport ERP/software and MS Excel daily.
Tracking & Follow-up: Conduct daily, real-time follow-ups with vehicle drivers and fleet owners from loading until final delivery.
Monitor vehicle transit checkpoints and report any breakdowns, route diversions, or delays immediately.
Broker & Driver Coordination: Communicate directly with market truck brokers and drivers regarding loading timings, route instructions, advance payments, and diesel slips. Coordinate detention, unloading issues, or local clearance at delivery destinations.
Customer Communication: Share daily dispatch reports (DSR) and tracking updates with clients/customers. Address customer delivery queries proactively to ensure smooth service.
POD Management: Follow up rigorously with drivers and brokers for physical and digital copies of transparent, signed,



and stamped Proof of Delivery (POD/Challan).
Verify PODs against reported shortages, damages, or remarks before handing them over for billing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA or equivalent).
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in road transport operations (FTL / Logistics). Freshers with solid communication and Excel skills may also apply.
Computer Literacy: Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data sorting) and familiarity with transport management software/portals.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and local language; functional English for email/software use. Must be confident and firm when handling phone calls with drivers and brokers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle on-road transport contingencies calmly and swiftly.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
