Air Conditioning & HVAC Maintenance:

Ø Operate, inspect and maintain various types of air-conditioning systems, including:

o Split AC

o Cassette AC

o Package AC

o Ductable AC

o Central Air Conditioning / HVAC systems

o AHU and FCU systems

o VRV/VRF systems, where applicable

o Chillers and associated equipment, as assigned

Ø Carry out routine inspection of AC units, compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, blowers, belts, filters, thermostats and control systems.

Ø Attend to AC complaints and breakdowns promptly.

Ø Identify faults and carry out necessary troubleshooting and repairs.

Ø Check refrigerant pressure and identify refrigerant leakage.

Ø Carry out cleaning and replacement of filters, coils and other components as required.

Ø Check drainage systems and remove blockages from condensate drain lines.

Ø Maintain proper functioning of thermostats, sensors and control systems.

Ø Assist in installation, shifting and commissioning of recent AC/HVAC equipment.

Preventive Maintenance:

Ø Carry out preventive maintenance according to the approved maintenance schedule.

Ø Inspect electrical connections, motors, capacitors, contactors, relays and control panels.

Ø Check abnormal noise, vibration, temperature and operating pressure.





Ø Lubricate mechanical components wherever required.

Ø Maintain preventive maintenance records and equipment service history.

Ø Report equipment requiring major repair or replacement to the Maintenance Engineer.

Documentation:

Ø Record preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.

Ø Maintain equipment/service logbooks as assigned.

Ø Record spare parts and materials used during maintenance.

Ø Complete work orders and maintenance request forms.

Ø Maintain records of major repairs, replacement of components and servicing.

Ø Support documentation required for hospital accreditation and quality audits.

Coordination:

Ø Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments while attending maintenance complaints.

Ø Inform concerned departments before planned shutdown of AC/HVAC systems.

Ø Coordinate with external HVAC service providers when specialized technical support is required.

Assist the Engineering Department during inspections, audits and emergency situations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
