Job Description

We are looking for a Model Manager to manage models, coordinate bookings, and maintain client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between models, clients, photographers, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain model profiles, portfolios, availability, and records.
Coordinate auditions, castings, shoots, events, and model bookings.
Shortlist and recommend models according to client requirements.
Coordinate schedules, locations, call times, and assignment details.
Maintain relationships with clients, brands, photographers, and production houses.
Handle model communication, follow-ups, and professional coordination.
Coordinate contracts, booking records.
Support model grooming,



portfolio development, and career opportunities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Model Management, Talent Management, Fashion, Media, Events, or a related field.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Solid networking and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Relevant industry contacts will be an advantage.
