Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Admission Counselor to handle student counselling, lead conversion, and admission sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing course guidance, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
Generate and follow up with leads through cold calling, calling campaigns, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Convert leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating course benefits and addressing queries.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission process.
Handle objections and resolve queries to improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on sales and conversions.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
Graduation is preferred.
