Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – SAP B1

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) skilled to manage day-to-day functional support, understand business processes, coordinate with users and SAP partners, and support system enhancements, automation and IoT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day SAP B1 functional support to end users.
Understand and support processes across Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Finance & Logistics.
Analyse user issues, identify root causes and coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors.
Manage SAP B1 master data and transaction-related activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into system/process improvements.
Support SAP B1 implementation, enhancements, testing and add-ons.




Coordinate with SAP partners for integrations and process improvements.
Perform data validation, reconciliation and analysis.
Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/user guides.
Monitor issues and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Business One.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP B1.
Experience in manufacturing/business process settings preferred.
Exposure to SAP B1 implementation, support, enhancements and add-ons.
Good understanding of cross-functional business processes.
Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
