About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Engineer to own the technical architecture, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines software engineering skills with hands-on CRM and automation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own the technical development and architecture of CRM systems.
Configure and customize CRM modules, pipelines, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and business processes.
Design and implement REST API and webhook integrations with internal and external systems.
Build scalable automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Develop custom scripts and backend solutions using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
Build bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and other business applications.
Automate lead management, customer lifecycle, follow-ups, retention, engagement, and operational processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting systems focused on revenue, conversion, retention, churn, attribution, and customer performance.
Monitor automation workflows, troubleshoot failures, and improve system reliability.




Manage multiple integrations, automation workflows, and CRM projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with business and product teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CRM engineering, CRM development, systems engineering, or automation engineering.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar CRM platforms.
Robust knowledge of APIs, REST, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
Solid programming ability in Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.
Experience working with databases and data synchronization.
Experience creating business-oriented dashboards and analytics.
Ability to independently own multiple technical workflows/projects.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
