Job Description – Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation, stock coordination, dispatches, and delivery operations across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. The role will involve close coordination with the factory, transporters, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely and smooth movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
Coordinate with the factory for production readiness, dispatch planning, loading, and material availability.
Maintain and monitor stock records and ensure timely updates on stock levels.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangements, dispatches, deliveries, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate transportation rates with transporters and ensure cost-effective logistics.
Track vehicles and deliveries and follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery.
Provide timely status updates on relevant WhatsApp/internal groups regarding dispatch, vehicle movement, delivery, and delays.




Regularly update delivery and logistics status on the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team and other internal departments regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
Identify and communicate any transportation, stock, or delivery issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of dispatches, transporter details, deliveries, and related documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination between the factory, transporters, sales team, and customers.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Good coordination and communication skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliveries and transport requirements simultaneously.
Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, and stock management.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle time-sensitive requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations will be preferred.

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
