Accountant – Job Description

About the Role

Super Thermo Sensors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Khet Shivapur, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1–1.5 years of experience in accounting and a positive understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts and payments.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters.




Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills
1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
