Job Summary
3–5 years of qualified Python. You're strong with asyncio and concurrent programming.
Production experience with FastAPI and/or Flask.
Hands-on work with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar) and LangChain. You've shipped at least one LLM feature, not just a prototype.
Experience with RAG: embeddings, vector databases and chunking strategies.
Integration with speech-to-text / text-to-speech services (e.g. Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Google or Azure Speech).
Comfortable with WebSockets and streaming data, where audio or tokens arrive in real time.
PostgreSQL and Redis, plus a message queue or task system such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Celery.
Docker,



plus working knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS or Azure.
Valuable Git habits, code reviews and writing tests

Robust Plus
Telephony basics: SIP, RTP, VoIP, dial plans, call transfer and trunking.
Audio handling: codecs, sampling rates, voice activity detection, and low-latency audio streaming.
Multilingual NLP, or sentiment/emotion analysis.
Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare or finance, with awareness of HIPAA or GDPR.
Measuring and reducing end-to-end latency in real-time systems.
