Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with practical knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial records, data entry and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers and account statements.
Prepare invoices, bills and accounting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting-related activities.
Maintain accurate financial and accounting data.
Handle data entry and prepare reports in MS Excel.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduation, preferably B.Com / Commerce background.
Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST and TDS preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain records systematically.
Additional Requirements
Laptop is required.
Two-wheeler / vehicle required for official work and official travel.
Willingness to travel for work-related requirements.
