Roles & Responsibilities:-

Must have a positive understanding of the US staffing business, Bench sales and the recruitment process.

Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Clients.

Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

Generate, interact, and develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners' network daily.

Look for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submit the consultants, and follow up on interview schedules.

Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have valuable convincing and closing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
