Hiring: Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer relationship & engagement
CRM data management & MIS reporting
Customer feedback & complaint handling
Customer retention & loyalty programs
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Operations teams
Customer data analysis & reporting

Preferred: CRM / Customer Service / BFSI / Banking / Financial Services experience.
