Position Details
Job Title: AutoCAD Designer
Department: Design / Technical
Reporting To: Head of Design / Project Head
Location: Halol, Vadodara
Scope of Work:
Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings and layouts for real estate and infrastructure projects. Prepare and modify site layouts, plot layouts, building plans, elevations and sections. Interpret architectural and civil drawings and prepare accurate CAD drawings. Prepare road, parking, drainage, utility and site-development layouts. Make revisions and ensure accuracy, proper dimensions, scales and annotations. Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, Project and Site Teams and verify site measurements when required. Maintain CAD files, drawing revisions and project documentation. Complete drawings within timelines and support the team in resolving technical issues.
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience Required: 2–5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in Real Estate, Construction,



Civil Engineering or Infrastructure.
Required Skill Set
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; 3D knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage. Solid understanding of technical drawings, dimensions and drafting standards. Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Mandatory Requirements
Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory. Solid knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is essential. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required. Comfortable coordinating with Site, Civil, Architecture and Project Teams. Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure will be preferred. Experience in residential plotting schemes and site development projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other design and visualization software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
