YOU Skincare is hiring an Amazon and Marketplace Growth Manager who can handle and scale our Amazon business end-to-end.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in:
Amazon Seller Central
SEO-rich product listings
A+ Content & Brand Store creation
Amazon Sponsored Ads
Ranking & sales growth strategies
Listing optimization & account health management
Beauty/skincare marketplace handling

This is not a basic listing upload role.
We need someone who understands how to grow sales on Amazon and improve product visibility, conversion, and overall account performance.

Preferred Experience
2+ years in Amazon account management
Experience with skincare, beauty, or D2C brands preferred
Robust understanding of Amazon ads and SEO
Knowledge of tools like Helium10, SellerApp, Jungle Scout, etc.

Compensation





Versatile based on experience and performance:
Fixed salary: 15,000 - 20,000/-
Performance bonus
Revenue-linked incentives
