Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling Counsellor to connect with prospective customers, explain our courses/services, handle queries, and follow up with leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and communicate with leads.
Explain courses, workshops, and services.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Handle queries and maintain basic lead records.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication & calling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive convincing and customer-handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
