Key Responsibilities
Handling Trademark Registration & Trademark Objection matters
Trademark Examination Reports and replies
Trademark Opposition & related proceedings
Copyright and other IPR matters
Basic Corporate Law work and documentation
Client communication and case follow-ups
Preparing legal applications, notices, replies and documents
Coordinating with advocates, attorneys and internal legal teams
Maintaining client records and case status
Ensuring timely completion of assigned legal work

Candidate Profile
LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / LL.M. preferred
Freshers can apply
Candidates with experience in Trademark/IPR/Corporate Law will be preferred




Valuable drafting and legal research skills
Positive communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong interest in building a career in IPR & Corporate Law
