Job Responsibilities:

Manage and control complete production operations.

Plan and execute production activities to achieve daily/monthly targets.

Manage manpower, machines, materials and production resources.

Ensure timely production as per customer delivery schedules.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, rejection and rework.

Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC, Maintenance and Engineering.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.

Monitor machine utilization and manpower productivity.

Prepare and review production MIS and performance reports.

Lead,



train and develop the production team.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Required Skills:

10–15+ years of production experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing.

Robust production planning and team-management experience.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Experience handling large production teams.

Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems preferred.

Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
