Store Manager – Nail Story / Salon Branch (Exide / South Kolkata)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a commercial, fast-acting Store Manager to spearhead our centrally located branch near the Exide crossing. Sitting at one of Kolkata's busiest central intersections, this branch serves high-end residential, university, and corporate specialists requiring punctual service execution, corporate packages, and sharp operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Workflow & Time Management: Ensure zero bottlenecking between scheduled bookings and busy working-qualified walk-ins; enforce strict adherence to slot timings.
Local Business & Promotional Drive: Collaborate with management to roll out localized weekday offers, student/corporate privileges, and bridal nail/beauty packages.
Staff Accountability & Discipline: Enforce salon grooming standards, punctuality, hygiene guidelines, and qualified etiquette among all service operators and front-desk staff.
Inventory & Vendor Operations: Manage stock indents, verify vendor deliveries,



track daily product consumption vs. billings, and prevent material loss.
P&L; & Daily Reporting: Deliver accurate daily billing figures, collection splits (cash/card/UPI), staff attendance records, and operational expense logs to central management.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing front-of-house or complete operations within a salon, nail bar, or spa chain.
High commercial acumen with hands-on expertise in cash management, billing dispute resolutions, and POS platforms.
Strong leadership style with the ability to maintain discipline and handle peak-hour pressure calmly.
High proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
