About the Role

Leading manufacturer of concrete product-making machines is looking for an experienced Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Manage service operations and installation activities.
Coordinate with clients and ensure site readiness.
Lead and allocate Service Engineers.
Handle service tickets, reports and documentation.
Conduct team performance reviews and manage incentives.
Plan engineer visits, free services and operator training.
Handle recruitment and training of Service Engineers.
Coordinate with internal teams and improve service processes through Odoo.

Required Skills
