Food & Beverage Service Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily F&B; operations and ensuring productive service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; service operations.
Allocate duties and monitor the performance of service staff.
Ensure proper setup, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle guest requests and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, service equipment, and breakage.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety standards.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in F&B; service, preferably in a hotel.
Valuable communication, leadership,



and guest-handling skills.
Well-groomed, organized, and service-oriented.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
