Working days : 6 Days , General shift.

we are looking for a Business Development Executive(Property Acquisition) to identify, evaluate and acquire suitable commercial properties for a leading food-tech company. The role involves extensive field-based property scouting, working with local brokers and property owners, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating the lease documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and scout suitable commercial properties and land based on business area and location requirements.

● Leverage robust knowledge of local territories to identify strategic and commercially viable locations.

● Build and maintain relationships with local property brokers, owners and other relevant stakeholders to generate property leads.

● Conduct property visits and evaluate locations based on area, accessibility, commercial suitability and other business requirements.





● Research and maintain updated knowledge of prevailing rental rates and land/property values across different locations.

● Negotiate with property owners and brokers to secure favorable rental and lease terms.

● Coordinate the end-to-end property acquisition and lease process with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

● Coordinate required legal and lease documentation and ensure completion as per company requirements.

● Maintain accurate property data, market information and reports using MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

● Take ownership of the assigned territory and consistently generate, evaluate and close suitable property prospects.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 3 Months to 5 years Relevant Experience Can Apply

● For experienced candidates, prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.

● Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively for property scouting and acquisition activities.
