Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Team.

Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful bookings.

Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

Handle customer queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Monitor individual and team sales performance.

Train and guide Sales Executives to improve conversion and productivity.

Coordinate with the Marketing Team for lead generation and promotional activities.

Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM regularly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/MIS.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and current business opportunities.

Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth sales closure.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Achieve revenue and booking targets as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹56,756.40 per month
