Responsibilities
Oversee daily telesales floor operations (attendance, discipline, call monitoring).
Allocate databases and ensure CRM discipline across executives.
Monitor daily targets, pipeline health, and zone/project performance.
Prepare zone-wise and project-wise reports (Move2Europe vs Europathways).
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of telesales executives.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales team management.
Solid leadership, monitoring, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Hindi + English; regional language knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to drive performance under tight monthly targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
