We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can become the bridge between clients and the internal creative team.
The ideal candidate should understand briefs, manage expectations, coordinate efficiently and ensure that projects move from discussion to delivery without losing sight of the client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client requirements and convert them into transparent internal briefs
Coordinate with creative, social media, design, strategy, production and media teams
Manage daily client communication and project updates
Create timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content
Participate in client meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions
Follow up on feedback, approvals and pending requirements
Maintain campaign trackers, meeting notes and status reports
Understand the client's business,
competitors and communication objectives
Identify opportunities to improve or expand the scope of work
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of client servicing/account management experience
Advertising, digital or creative agency experience is mandatory
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to write explicit briefs and understand creative communication
Positive presentation and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow timelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client agency workplace
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets and related tools
