Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with Pain Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Spine Surgeons

and Anesthesiologists.
Generate demand and drive product adoption.
Conduct doctor visits, product demonstrations and scientific discussions.
Support procedures, workshops, CMEs and conferences.
Develop KOL relationships and training programs.
Manage distributors and channel partners where applicable.
Monitor inventory, collections and customer satisfaction.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Gather competitor intelligence and market insights.

Qualifications
B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences or equivalent.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
BDE: 2–5 years healthcare/medical device sales experience.
BDM:



5+ years healthcare/medical device sales experience.
Existing relationships with surgeons or pain physicians preferred.

Desired Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid relationship-building ability.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build territories from scratch.
Self-driven, accountable and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel extensively.
