A telecaller is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to sell products, generate leads, resolve customer queries, maintain call records, and support customer engagement, typically requiring solid communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries.
Pitch products/services and explain offers clearly.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems.
Resolve customer questions and provide support.
Schedule appointments, demos, or callbacks.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Clear verbal communication and confident phone manner.
Positive listening, persuasion, and patience.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in required languages.
Ability to handle rejection and work toward targets.
Minimum 12th grade education; graduation preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
