About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced and qualified nurse with strong hands-on experience in IV cannulation and IV therapy.

This position requires excellent clinical skills, patient monitoring ability and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Perform IV cannulation within qualified scope and clinic protocols.
Assist with IV therapy prescribed and supervised by the treating doctor.
Prepare patients for IV therapy.
Monitor patients during and after IV therapy.
Monitor IV sites and identify possible complications.
Maintain proper clinical documentation.
Maintain aseptic technique and infection-control standards.
Prepare treatment areas and required equipment.
Maintain IV-related consumables and emergency supplies.
Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required.




Follow all doctor instructions and clinic safety protocols.
Immediately escalate any adverse reaction or clinical concern to the doctor.

Mandatory Requirements
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration applicable to the place of employment.
Robust hands-on IV cannulation experience.
Previous experience with IV therapy.
Good knowledge of patient monitoring and infection control.
Ability to recognise and report complications promptly.
Skilled patient-handling skills.

Candidates without a nursing qualification should not apply for this position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
