HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback.
Handle salary discussions, offer release, and pre-joining follow-up.
Collect and verify joining documents and maintain employee records.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.





Preferred Experience:
Experience in recruiting engineering, MEP, HVAC, electrical, Project, manufacturing, or other technical profiles will be preferred.
Experience in EPC/project-based or engineering companies is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
