Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction forthe overall development of the school.
Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective curriculum delivery and maintain high academic standards.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching andnon-teaching staff.
Promote career development and training for teachers.
Monitor student performance, discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
Foster a secure, inclusive, respectful, and positive learning workplace.
Maintain effective communication with parents and address their concernsprofessionally.
Coordinate school events, examinations, assemblies, meetings, and extracurricularactivities.
Ensure compliance with education regulations, school policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
Manage school resources, infrastructure, budgets, and administrative operationseffectively.
Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.
Build strong relationships with parents, community members,
and otherstakeholders.
Represent the school at meetings, events, and external forums.
Encourage innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in teaching and school administration, with relevant leadership experience.
Proven experience in managing academic and administrative operations.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and educational practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions.
Proficiency in using technology and schoolmanagement systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
