Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Handle Tally software for accounting entries, ledger maintenance, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
Maintain and update company records and documents systematically.
Maintain proper vehicle-related records, including vehicle files, invoices, documents, and transaction details.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts and vehicle-related records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts regularly.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents before entering transactions.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Support the Accounts Manager in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.




Ensure all records and documents are updated and properly filed for audit and future reference.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role preferred.
