Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervising staff daily, managing schedules, and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
Performance Management: Monitoring productivity, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and conducting evaluations.
Operational Efficiency: Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Training and Development: Onboarding recent hires and providing training to enhance skills.
Reporting and Communication: Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees, reporting performance metrics.
Conflict Resolution: Handling employee complaints, disputes, and personnel issues.
