Jewellery Consultant

Responsibilities
Greet every walk-in, understand the occasion and budget, and guide them to the right pieces
Present and explain designs, gold karat, diamond grading, certification and pricing
Close the sale, handle exchange and gold-exchange queries, and raise the bill
Capture customer details for CRM and follow up on enquiries that did not close the same day
Manage their assigned counters: display, cleaning, tagging, and daily stock count
Handle try-on, sizing, custom order booking and delivery follow-up
Meet an individual monthly sales target set by the Store Manager

Must have
Fluent Tamil and working English
Comfortable standing and talking to customers for a full shift
Honest and process-disciplined; this role handles high-value stock daily
12th pass or any degree, both acceptable

Positive to have
1 to 3 years of showroom or counter sales. Jewellery, sarees, apparel, watches, eyewear or mobiles all count.
Existing jewellery product knowledge

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
