REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
Experience in an interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry is preferred
Solid communication & interpersonal skills
Recruitment and employee coordination skills
Knowledge of HR policies & basic HR operations
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & candidate screening
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance & employee records management
Coordinate interviews & hiring activities
Employee engagement & HR support
Assist with day-to-day HR operations
JOB DETAILS
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / Month
